We began with a dream of a better future; today, that dream lives in the homes of thousands. Two decades in, we know that building a community requires more than steel and stone—it requires heart. From local sponsorships to global education initiatives, strategic philanthropy is at the core of who we are.
We don’t just build places to live; we invest in the people who live there.

The Paul McDonell Residence is a landmark Metrotown project named in honour of the late Burnaby City Councillor Paul McDonell, a lifelong advocate for community welfare. Purpose-built to address the displacement of long-term renters, the residence reflects a deep commitment to housing stability and inclusivity.
The project delivers 125 units of affordable rental housing for seniors and families, with a range of rent levels—from deeply subsidized to low-end-of-market—ensuring the neighbourhood remains accessible to residents across a broad spectrum of incomes.
Together, these homes strengthen the fabric of the community by allowing long-time residents to remain in the neighbourhood, supporting social diversity, and providing stable, dignified housing that helps Metrotown continue to grow as a complete and inclusive community.
